Booth design is, obviously, a crucial part of your company’s presentation to the world.  It must be functional, versatile, and present your business as everything you want it to be. It is important to trust the company that has designed – and will eventually – fabricate your exhibit. Pretty but impractical displays leave a poor impression and if too elaborate the company may have trouble bringing the display to fruition.

After deciding on the exhibit design there are steps you can take to ensure you receive everything agreed to. You should learn who will be your Account Executive. Will they be your main point of contact? Who should you be contacting for status updates? It is important to ask these questions at the start to ensure the company you decide to work with has a plan and can prioritize your project.

Your Account Executive should be in sync with your company; they must understand your goals and be able to provide ideas that will maximize your results. If something unforeseen occurs on the show floor they should be your first call. They will arrange for the repairs and take charge to ensure whatever needs to be done and completed.  A great Account Executive will be the only resource you need from the start of your exhibit’s design to the completion of the exhibit’s run.
